Mandatory Tender Offer(MTO) Launched

Byco Industries Incorporated (BII) launched Mandatory Tender Offer (MTO) to acquire up to 34.81% shares of Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited from the market. This is as per agreed arrangement between Joint Venture Partners to bring all operating companies under one umbrella. At present Byco Busient Incorporated (BBI) owns 55.19% of the issued share capital of Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited.
